FUCHS Top Fuel Dragster Arcade Drums Promotion 

Promotion Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter: The promoter is FUCHS Lubricants (Australia) Pty Ltd, ABN 88 005 681 916.
    

2. Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 1st October 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 30th November 2025 ("Promotional Period").
    

3. Eligibility: Entry is open to Burson Auto Parts customers who purchase eligible FUCHS products in Australia during the Promotional Period. Employees of FUCHS Lubricants, Burson Auto Parts, their associated companies, agencies, and immediate family members of these employees are ineligible to enter.
    

4. How to Enter:
   - Purchase any 205L FUCHS product from Burson Auto Parts during the Promotional Period.
   - Submit your entry online at www.WinWithFUCHS.com.au within the Promotional Period.
   - Multiple entries are allowed based on purchase volume:
       ​- 1 x 205L FUCHS product = 1 entry
       ​- 2 x 205L FUCHS products = 4 entries
       ​- 3 x 205L FUCHS products = 6 entries
       ​- 4 x 205L FUCHS products = 8 entries
   Winners must present proof of purchase to claim the prize.
    

5. Prize: 1 of 15 FUCHS Top Fuel Dragster Arcade Drums, valued at $2,395 each. Arcade Drums feature over 60 classic arcade games. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. 
   Prizes will be delivered at the promoter’s expense to the winner’s nominated address within Australia. Installation and ongoing maintenance are the responsibility of the winner.
    

6. Draw Details: The draw will take place within 14 days after the end of the Promotional Period. Winners will be notified via email or phone. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted to select a new winner.
    

7. General Conditions: Entry is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    

8. Privacy: Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting winners, in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy available at www.fuchs.com.au.
    

9. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.
    

10. Governing Law: This promotion is governed by the laws of the states and the Commonwealth of Australia.
